Hi Fabian,

I noticed today that the compiled webserver file
doc/webserver/user-manual/startup.html is out of date as compared to the
sgml source in doc/source/user-manual.sgml; the section I noticed is 5.5
Mac OS X startup - it is very out of date in the published version.

Sorry to have to send you a documentation job - I would fix it myself
but tried and failed to create a doc build environment two years ago :o/

You were probably looking at the part that currently ends up in 2.1.4.
